These terms cover use of this site and the waitlist. No purchase can be made here yet; when sales open, separate sales terms will apply.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves nothing. It is a notification list only, and it grants no right to purchase, no priority, and no fixed price.
3. Seasons and availability
Seasons are limited and close when stock is exhausted. Specifications, references, dates and availability shown here are indicative and may change before a season opens.
4. Intellectual property
Text, imagery, and design on this site belong to Swave and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
5. Liability
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
