1. Who we are
Swave operates this site and the waitlist it hosts. For questions about your data, write to hello@swave.dk.
2. What we collect
Only what you submit: your email address, and the products you marked interest in before submitting. We also store the date of your submission. We do not collect names, addresses, or payment details, and we do not run advertising trackers.
3. Why we hold it
To notify you when a season opens, and to know which objects to mention. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for their own purposes.
4. How long
Until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist is retired — whichever comes first.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion (the right to be forgotten), a copy in portable form, or withdrawal of consent at any time. Every message we send includes an unsubscribe line, and a request to hello@swave.dk is enough. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Processors
Waitlist entries are stored with our hosting and database providers, who process the data on our instructions only.
